Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within South Africa.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

EFT Payments
Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Delays
BALYNCE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
